William & Kate Are Apart On His Birthday!

Sad face! At least its for a very good reason.

Today is Prince William's 29th birthday and we thought he'd be spending it with his lovely new wife Kate Middleton. However, turns out William is rather busy today in Wales. The Prince/Duke/Future King is spending his special day pulling a 24-hour shift at work as a sea rescue helicopter pilot on the Isle of Anglesey.

Sadly, this means Kate will be home alone today, opting to turn down an invitation to Wimbledon so she can be home when William gets off work!

According To The Coroner, Ryan Dunn & Passenger Died "Violently"

We can't even imagine the horror. So tragic.

The autopsy results have been released for Ryan Dunn and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell and according to the coroner, it is impossible to determine what actually killed the two men - the impact of the crash or the fire the resulted from it. The coroner sadly reported that either way, it was a "violent" death for the men.

Officials are still uncertain whether alcohol played a role in the crash, but will know in 4 to 6 weeks when the toxicology results come in.

Awful. Simply awful. We feel so bad for their families who are surely feeling immense grief. Hopefully, there is some comfort in knowing they are at peace now.

Last night, during Britney Spears' El Lay leg of her FABOOSH Femme Fatale tour, her opening act, Miz Nicki Minaj, FINALLY joined her on stage during the closing performance of 'Til The World Ends for her rap remix!

Gabrielle Giffords And Husband Writing A Memoir

The only thing many people know about Rep. Gabrielle Giffords is that she was shot in the head during a tragic spree by a horrible man.

Yet, as with anyone, there is a whole story to the person outside of their public image becoming dominated and defined by one specific event. And luckily, Gabrielle and her husband will be able to tell that story.

It has yet to be titled, and dated, but the deal is set with Scribner.

Here's what to expect:

It is to be an intimate chronicle of everything from their careers and courtship to the Jan. 8 tragedy when a gunman shot Giffords in the head as she met with constitutents in Tucson, Arizona. Six people were killed in the attack and 12 others besides the congresswoman were wounded.

While Kelly [her husband] will be "the primary collaborator," he said Giffords will be a "big part of this." Giffords has been struggling to relearn how to speak and walk, and will be assisted by a 24-hour home health provider, according to the hospital.

Apparently they'll be teaming up with the writer who helped Captain Sully write his memoir, Jeffrey Zaslow, so we know that at least structurally it'll be solid for sure. And with a story like theirs, we're willing to bet it'll be more than worth the read.

Roger Ebert Backtracks On Ryan Dunn Tweets!

Roger Ebert caused a bit of controversy yesterday when he scolded deceased Jackass star Ryan Dunn yesterday via Twitter for allegedly being drunk during the crash that took his life, as well as Zachary Hartwell's, and now, the movie critic has taken to his blog to clarify and somewhat apologize for his insensitivity!

He writes:

"To begin with, I offer my sympathy to Ryan Dunn's family and friends, and to those of Zachary Hartwell, who also died in the crash. I mean that sincerely. It is tragic to lose a loved one. I also regret that my tweet about the event was considered cruel. It was not intended as cruel. It was intended as true. I have no way of knowing if Ryan Dunn was drunk at the time of his death. I don't know what happened in this case, and I was probably too quick to tweet. That was unseemly. I do know that nobody has any business driving on a public highway at 110 mph, as some estimated -- or fast enough, anyway, to leave a highway and fly through 40 yards of trees before crashing. That is especially true if the driver has had three shots and three beers. Two people were killed. What if the car had crashed into another car?"

We certainly understand where Ebert is coming from, and of course, don't support or condone anyone's actions when they are intoxicated and get behind the wheel of a car.

That being said, this is a sad, HOriffic situation all around, and we also don't think it's anyone's business to be pointing the finger of blame right now, especially when so many are devastated with grief.

Everyone knows mistakes were made, and unfortunately, it seems as though Dunn and his friend are paying the ultimate price for his. No need to point out the obvious, just let his family and loved ones mourn and try to make sense out of such a terrible tragedy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you affected right now, and may Ryan and Zachary R.I.P.

Adele Update! She's On The Mend!

Good news!

Earlier this month, poor Adele came down with a nasty case of laryngitis and was forced to cancel her North American tour to rest. We know a lot of you fans were devastated - we felt your pain - but the good news is that Adele is getting better everyday. She took to her website this morning to update her devoted fans on her condition and promise that she'll be back on tour as soon as she can.

She writes:

Hello! As I'm sure most of you know i had to cancel over half of my US tour a couple weeks back. it was a devastating decision to make, but i really had no choice. i had to give my voice 2 weeks rest or risk permanent damage. I'm so so sorry. we are in the middle of rescheduling it all and i will see you there when i return. once all the new dates are in place ill let you know straight away! i was having the best time ever on tour, i enjoyed the shows so much and met so many amazing people and got to play with the best artists Ive ever played along side with, and i really am gutted to be back before its finished. thank you though to everyone who came to the shows i was able to do! I'm at home now, watching box sets and sorting things out into neat piles and resting. i haven't been able to cook for almost 3 months cause Ive been on the road so I'm getting back into that. Ive become obsessed with beyonces i am sasha fierce tour dvd and 30 rock, and Ive also started uploading over 1000 cds to my itunes! long but satisfying! i cant wait to be able to sing again, I'm bored stiff. ive had a check up and im on the mend, i still need to take it easy and rest but things are looking up. i havent been told to not sing or talk for a month, i have given up smoking again! and also im not having singing lessons. i got better before and im getting better this time, and i will do everything i can to make sure nothing like this happens again! im gonna be on stage in london in just under 2 weeks but its a surprise i think!? xx

Well, at least something good came out of all of this: NO MORE SMOKING! Hooray!

It's such a yucky habit and anyway, it obviously did more harm than good to our goddess golden voice!

Take this time to rest and relax, girl! We want to see you at 100% the next time you take to the stage, no matter how long that takes!

Kermit The Frog Wanted YOU, Amy Adams!

And Jason Segel too, of course!

Turns out, it's actually pretty sweet being green, if you're Kermit The Frog. You pretty much get whatever you want, including an Oscar nominated actress for your new movie. Amy Adams revealed that Kermit sent her a personalized message along with Jason, who wrote The Muppets flick, asking her to join the cast. She explained:

"When I heard they were doing a new one I was really excited. Jason sent me a DVD where he and Kermit were inviting me to be part of The Muppets. It was really cool. Once Kermit asks you to do something it is really hard to look at him and say, "No." So I was hooked!"

And why wouldn't you be?! It's the freakin' Muppets!!!

Course, not to hurt her feelings or anything, but it might've been more of Jason's idea to have her in the movie than Kermie's. Jason explains:

"I wrote [the part] for her. She was in my mind from the beginning. I mean this woman can do anything. But she's able to do this wide-eyed naivety that is not part of her personality in real life. She's one of the most smart, on top of it women I've ever met."

Wow! Such high praise! That kind of flattery would certainly seal the deal for us! LOLz!

Then again, he isn't wrong! Amy truly is quite fabulous and very versatile. We're sure everyone is going to LOVE her in this movie as much as Jason!

Jersey Professor Arrested For Running A Prostitution Website

That's right! He loved himself some Prostitution Whores!!! (We miss you, Danielle Staub!)

A New Jersey college professor was arrested Sunday in New Mexico for operating a prostitution website. Prof. David Flory, who teaches ethics physics at Fairleigh Dickinson University's campus in Teaneck, N.J., was at his vacation home in Sante Fe when the police nabbed him on 40 counts of promoting prostitution. According to the reports, Prof. Flory gave users access to his ladies of night via the site Southwest Companions, but only after the customer "gained his trust."

So, in order to to get busy with one of his girlies, you had to prove you were some kind of decent first. Boy, would we be interested to see the 40 guys that met this guy's criteria for a decent human being!

The kicker to all of this is that Flory managed to run this website without seeing a single cent. He told the police he never made any money off of the site and saw it merely as a "hobby."

Ladies and gentlemen, the world's dumbest and poorest pimp! LOLz! What a guy!

Don't quit your day job! Oh wait, they're gonna fire you! Never mind!
