Martha Stewart Not Put Off By Shiteous Ratings! Posted: 20 Sep 2010 01:15 PM PDT A little old nuisance like disastrous ratings isn't going to keep Martha Stewart down! Although her premiere on the Hallmark Channel - which marks her new partnership with the network - pulled in an audience of less than 199,000 viewers in its initial airing, all of the head honchos, including Martha herself, claim that they're not concerned - at least yet! RBC Capital's managing director, David Bank, says: "There is risk involved for both, but when you really think about what this is all about, it's still a win for both companies — at least for now. Martha, whatever her ratings are, suddenly makes Hallmark more relevant. It's no longer the 'Little House' rerun channel. It's the Martha channel, and that's a lot more valuable." Execs also claim that they knew it would be difficult garnering viewership toward the beginning of the deal, and Crown Media chief William Abbott explained "It's awfully difficult to get noticed, even when you are Martha Stewart. We feel great about the show. But having said that, it's TV — we've got to find an audience." The show will now not only at 10am daily, but will repeat two more times, and be available for viewing on Stewart's website. She explains: "It's very important that the program is replayed on the Internet. We're dealing with a few challenges here — like some people don't have cable. Compelling programming always wins out, and we are working very hard — in the magazines, on Twitter, on blogs, in advertising — to tell everybody where they can find us. I like to build. Building is interesting. Building is pioneering." Let's hope that all is this building doesn't collapse in on itself! That would be one expensive fuck-up! What do U think?? Though the terms of the settlement are being kept confidential, sources are reporting that the Lindsanity's lawsuit against E*Trade came to an end today. She had originally gone after the stock exchange company for $100 million, after they aired a commercial liking her addiction to meth alcohol to that of baby's love for milk. (Or some bullshiz like that!) Anyway, apparently there was a smaller amount that sufficed the tweaked out starlet as sources say that Lindsay's legal team is "very happy" with the results and Linds was able to walk away with some big bucks. Kate planned a special family outing with her rents and new BF, Matt Bellamy this weekend. On Saturday, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell joined the pair for a leisurely bike ride in Santa Monica. Well, at least we're sure it was suppose to be leisurely. Goldie doesn't look like she held up all that well. It's all a lie," said her landlord Amir Haddadin about her comments that "food is [her] first priority." "She has money, she's been paid for things. I think she's hiding her money and I intend to expose her to the public." Octo-drama! Octo-Mom admitted that she's falling behind on her mortgage payments, but that she's going to do everything she can to avoid welfare. Despite her landlord's threats to foreclose on the house, she's not too worried yet: "It takes a couple of months or a few months to be really in default through the bank so it takes time and in those few months I'll find a way to secure money to pay off the mortgage." Her landlord is having none of her bullshit lies. "I'm kicking her out. That's it. I'm kicking her out because she can't stay in my house if she's not paying." This woman is nutso! Now, Lindsay is court ordered to appear in front of the NO mercy of Judge Fox on Friday morning.
